All ASI grab bars are made in compliance with ADA guidelines for strength requirements.Various configurations feature satin finish 18 gauge type 304 stainless steel (peened or smooth). These single structure units are heliarc welded, and mandrel bending ensures uniform bar diameters. |

Designers Note: For a non-slip surface, specify suffix “P” (peened). When specifying grab bars insert the configuration type numbers listed below into the double zeros at the end of the grab bar series number. Example 1: A 1½" (38 mm) concealed 18" x 33" (460 x 840 mm) horizontal grab bar has a model number — 3874. When a special size is needed add suffix “M” plus the size, to the closest standard bars. Example 2: A 1½" (38 mm) concealed 23" x 37" (585 x 940 mm) horizontal grab bar has a model number 3874-M2337. |

Exposed Mounting 3400 Series — 1¼" (32 mm) O.D. 3500 Series — 1½" (38 mm) O.D. Features include flange of 3" (76 mm) diameter, 1/8" (3 mm) thick type 304 stainless steel with a satin finish; exposed mounting screw holes are drilled and countersunk.

3700 Series — 1¼" (32 mm) O.D. 3800 Series — 1½" (38 mm) O.D. Features include cover that snaps over mounting flange dimples to conceal screws and concealed mounting flange of 31/8" (79 mm) O.D. diameter with 2 screw holes and 3 locking dimples; 1/8" (3 mm) thick, type 304 stainless steel. Cover is type 304 stainless steel with a Model Option 3700-W White grab bar. 3800-W White grab bar. |
