Functionality:

• 3-1/2” wall thickness allows for easy access and installation of electrical, or plumbing, and above average STC rating.
• Standard panel size is 48’ with off size panels cut on site for maximum flexibility in space planning.  4” vertical tolerance allows for floor variance and site condition adjustment.
• Array of finishes:  Vinyl, Fabric, Tackable panels, and Whiteboards.
• Door types:  hinged, pivot, sliding barn doors, flush sliding doors, available in wood or aluminum.  Any brand and style of hardware is accommodated
• Single and Double glazing available.

Acoustic:

• STC of 46, with  sound attention blanket installed in cavity
• Glass STC ratings from STC 31[ single pane]  to STC 42 [ double glazing]

Sustainability:

• The biggest sustainability advantages to movable walls are the decrease in construction and reconfiguration waste and the improvement in indoor air quality [IAQ].
• Contribute to LEED credits, through recycle content, and regional materials.
